Meet Lynette
Hello, I’m Lynette Kim
Mediator & Collaborative Attorney
I’ve been a family law practitioner now for more than 20 years. I absolutely love that my job provides me the opportunity to help others in such a powerful way.
My own parents divorced when I was only 10 years old. Their divorce profoundly impacted my perspective on marriage and how I saw relationships as an adult. It’s why I became a mediator.
I firmly believe that how you manage your divorce will ultimately affect your children, both emotionally and psychologically. Knowing how to parent during and after your separation will have the greatest effect on them both now and in the future.
THAT’S WHY I CREATED DIVORCE WITHOUT COURT
Divorce is always going to be hard. But it is possible to have a good outcome.
The goal of both mediation and collaborative divorce is to remove the emotional toll that divorce can take, and instead find a more peaceful solution.
I’ve helped countless couples navigate through the rough waters of divorce. It is my job to support you in making the best decisions for your family and your future.
Through Divorce With Court, you’ll be able to take advantage of the practices and proven strategies I’ve used to achieve a positive result for everyone involved.
Get started on the path towards a peaceful divorce by choosing the package that is right for the both of you.
