Introducing
Divorce Without Court

Approaching divorce in a more peaceful way

Divorce Without Court is for you if:

  • You and your spouse are familiar with divorce mediation and collaborative divorce
  • You are looking for the best option for the both of you
  • You are willing to go through the process together
  • You are available to work with each other on the same timeline in order to reach a more peaceful resolution
Yes, this is what we want!

Choose from one of two packages, each one designed to fit you and your spouse’s specific needs.

Package 1: Divorce Mediation

This package includes:

Necessary Documentation

Together we will complete all the necessary documentation to initiate your divorce, including:

  • Divorce Petition
  • Divorce Response, if needed
  • Financial Disclosure Documents
  • Final Judgment Documents

Mediation

Through mediation, I will help both of you resolve:

  • The division of assets and debts
  • Child custody arrangements and parenting timeshare
  • Child and spousal support
  • Any other disputed issues

Finalization

I will walk you through the final steps of the divorce process:

  • Prepare all judgment documents
  • Sign and file judgment documents with the court
  • Wait for the final divorce decree to be issued

This package is the most affordable option and works well for couples who want minimal court involvement and have a smaller estate.

Package 2: Collaborative Divorce

This package includes:

Necessary Documentation

Together we will complete all the necessary documentation to initiate and finalize your divorce, including:

  • Divorce Petition or Response
  • Financial Disclosure Documents
  • Final Judgment Documents

Dispute Settlement

Through the collaborative model, I will help you resolve:

  • Conduct the necessary discovery
  • Engage in Settlement Negotiations
  • Hold Settlement Conferences with the other Party and Counsel to settle issues and finalize your case

Finalization

I will walk you through the final steps of the divorce process:

  • Prepare all judgment documents
  • Sign and file judgment documents with the court
  • Wait for the final divorce decree to be issued

You can choose to retain the services of a forensic accountant to help work out more complex financial issues, the services of a child specialist if custody is in dispute and the assistance of a divorce coach if needed.

This package is a fraction of the cost of traditional litigation in court. It is the perfect option for couples who have a larger estate and have more complicated issues that need to be settled.

Meet Lynette

Hello, I’m Lynette Kim
Mediator & Collaborative Attorney

I’ve been a family law practitioner now for more than 20 years. I absolutely love that my job provides me the opportunity to help others in such a powerful way.

My own parents divorced when I was only 10 years old. Their divorce profoundly impacted my perspective on marriage and how I saw relationships as an adult. It’s why I became a mediator.

I firmly believe that how you manage your divorce will ultimately affect your children, both emotionally and psychologically. Knowing how to parent during and after your separation will have the greatest effect on them both now and in the future.

THAT’S WHY I CREATED DIVORCE WITHOUT COURT

Divorce is always going to be hard. But it is possible to have a good outcome.

The goal of both mediation and collaborative divorce is to remove the emotional toll that divorce can take, and instead find a more peaceful solution.

I’ve helped countless couples navigate through the rough waters of divorce. It is my job to support you in making the best decisions for your family and your future.

Through Divorce With Court, you’ll be able to take advantage of the practices and proven strategies I’ve used to achieve a positive result for everyone involved.

Get started on the path towards a peaceful divorce by choosing the package that is right for the both of you.
